RVK is excited to announce an internal leadership transition at the firm. Effective immediately, Josh Kevan—a 23-year veteran of RVK—will step into the role of RVK’s CEO-Elect, and on January 1, 2025, Josh will assume full CEO responsibility. Between now and then, current CEO Becky Gratsinger will work closely with him to ensure there is no disruption with day-to-day business or long-term strategy and execution. After this period, she will stay with RVK as a senior consultant and CEO Emeritus, while retaining her role as RVK’s Board Chair.

Effective May 1, 2024, Tony Johnson and Spencer Hunter—both with RVK since 2008—will be named co-Presidents of the firm. Current President Jim Voytko will transition to President Emeritus and remain with the firm as a senior consultant to serve his current clients and retain certain research responsibilities.
