R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Inc.

Scott is a Consultant with R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Inc. and is located in our Chicago office. He joined RVK from RBC Capital Markets where he was the Vice President of Investor Relations. His previous experience includes working for Courtland Partners, Ltd. as a Consultant and with National City Bank as a Business Analyst and Audit Supervisor. Within these roles he has advised public and Taft-Hartley pension funds on real estate investment allocations and completed due diligence, portfolio modeling and analysis on pooled funds and private real estate joint ventures. Scott’s responsibilities at RVK include meeting with real estate managers and working with RVK’s real estate clients, as well as our general consulting and real estate clients. In addition, he assists on the real estate needs of RVK’s general consulting clients.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
