Additionally, we produce a comprehensive survey of investment professionals' compensation at large public funds. This analysis compares average base salary and ranges, total potential compensation, years at fund/experience required as well as fund assets under management, internal vs. external management for each asset class, allocation of staff by asset class and title, professional certifications and turnover rate, and cost of living by geographic area. Complimentary reports are updated periodically and produced for all participating public pension funds, currently with 45 participants, and for those with assets greater than $20 billion, currently with 22 participants. All furnished information is treated as confidential and not disclosed to other participants.
